Our team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), working together with families to support meaningful progress.

BCBAs are graduate-level professionals in behavior analysis. They assess your child’s needs, develop individualized treatment plans, review progress, guide caregivers, and supervise the delivery of ABA services.

RBTs are trained, certified paraprofessionals who provide direct support under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA. They carry out the treatment plan, help children practice skills, and collect information that helps the BCBA monitor progress.

Together, we focus on communication, daily living skills, and greater independence through compassionate, individualized care.
