Families help identify priorities, share what is working in daily life, and participate in planning and reviewing progress. Caregiver guidance supports practice in everyday routines. Your BCBA can explain how family participation fits your child’s individualized plan.
Recommendations follow an individualized assessment and depend on clinical needs, meaningful goals, the service setting, and any insurance authorization requirements. Scheduling also depends on family and provider availability. We do not assign the same number of hours to every child or promise a specific start date before reviewing these factors.
Sessions are based on each child’s treatment plan and may include structured learning, play, and practice during everyday routines. Goals and strategies are individualized. We value family input, respect the child’s needs and communication, and explain the purpose of the support being provided.
Individualized goals may focus on functional communication, social and play skills, daily living routines, and greater independence. A BCBA works with the family to identify meaningful priorities and assess the skills and support needs that will guide treatment.
Based in Port St. Lucie, we support children and families across Florida’s Treasure Coast through home, school, and community-based ABA services. Contact us with your city or ZIP code and preferred setting to confirm service-area coverage, scheduling, and availability.
Coverage, network participation, authorizations, deductibles, copayments, and other costs vary by plan. Our insurance display is a starting point, not a guarantee of coverage. Contact our team to review your specific benefits and required next steps before services begin.
Requirements depend on the service and your insurance plan. Some plans require a qualifying diagnosis, a physician referral, or specific evaluation documents before authorizing ABA services. Contact us so we can discuss what your plan requires; do not send diagnostic reports through the general website contact form.
Contact The Reinforcement Zone at (772) 304-3514 or through Contact Us to discuss your child’s needs. We will review next steps, insurance and documentation requirements, assessment, and scheduling. The blank intake form is available through Forms and the Getting Started section on Services.
